Finance for Non Finance is a training for managers and entrepreneurs with its main objective to present in an easy to understand manner the Financial Reports in a company (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Situation, Cash flow, Budget etc) and the significance of the financial indicators of a company.
The trainees acquire the finance notions needed for the understanding of the financial flows of a company and for the budgeting activities that stay at the basis of taking the business decisions.
